Edward White Eyes, a troubled Cherokee boy, encounters an unfriendly welcome when he is forced to bunk in Nathan’s room at Thornridge Manor. The two boys remain at odds-until a treasure map captivates them both, and a thief’s scheme forces them to team up. Edward, Nathan, and their friends discover a mansion’s secret, a mysterious treasure map, and a thrilling adventure but Nathan makes the most valuable discovery of all.
